This photograph captures a 1967 trophy presentation at Keeneland. On the far left is Thoroughbred trainer, E.L. Cotton, wearing a suit and hat and holding a pair of binoculars. Second from the left is Alma Headley Haggin, wife of former Keeneland President Louis Lee Haggin II. She is wearing a suit with a flower on her lapel and a hat. Her right hand is clutching the trophy handle, and she has a pair of binoculars over her right shoulder and a purse tucked under her left arm.

Second from the right is jockey Fred A. Smith in silks, holding the bottom of the trophy. On the far right is owner and Keeneland co-founder and inaugural President, Hal Price Headley. Headley is wearing a suit and hat and is holding the bottom of the trophy. There is a table in front of the group draped in a Keeneland cover; and an awning, hedgerow, and onlookers are visible in the background.
