Sinister Minister wins 2006 Blue Grass

Sinister Minister, a bay ridgling by Old Trieste out of Sweet Minister, dominated the 2006 running of the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes.

Deftly piloted by Hall of Fame jockey Garrett Gomez through a nine-horse field, Sinister Minister won by 12 3/4 lengths - one of the most definitive margins in the race’s history.
