Expansion of Grandstand at Keeneland, 1984

In 1983, Keeneland began a major construction project, adding 40,000 square feet to the rear of the Grandstand and replacing the old saddling stalls with the semicircle at the west end of the Paddock that still stands today. The project was completed for the Fall Meet in 1984.
