Sintra, ridden by Keith Allen, passes Solar Halo with Pat Day up to win the inaugural Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup in 1984. The race, held during the Fall Meet, is an invitational for 3-year-old fillies and is now run on the turf course, completed in 1985.
