Caricature artwork depicts the U.S. Racing Hall of Famer Seabiscuit with jockey John M. “Red” Pollard. Seabiscuit, a symbol of potential to many during the Great Depression, was American Champion Handicap Male in 1937 and 1938 and American Horse of the Year in 1938.
