Peb's caricature/humorist artwork makes reference to jockey Tuesdee Testa. Testa was the first woman to win a race at a major thoroughbred track in the United States on March 1, 1969 at Santa Anita. Aboard Buzz On she won by a neck in a photo finish during the second mount of her career.
