The Peb Collection showcases a representative digitized sample of the artwork of Pierre Bellocq, who signs his work as "Peb". Peb worked for the Morning Telegraph and the Daily Racing Form for over 50 years illustrating jockeys, trainers, horses, and owners, as well specific horse races and generalized comic cartoons.

Peb's caricature/humorist artwork depicts contenders for Monmouth Park’s 1987 Haskell Invitational Handicap. Bet Twice is pictured with principal shareholder Robert Levy and trainer Jimmy Croll. Also featured are depictions of Alysheba’s trainer Jack Van Berg and racetrack executive Hal Handel.
Bet Twice, having already beaten Alysheba at the Belmont Stakes, also took the Haskell Invitational; but Alysheba was victorious in both the Kentucky Derby and Preakness in 1987.
