National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame poster for the portfolio: “Peb, Stars of the Turf, 50th Anniversary Collection.”
The piece depicts U.S. Hall of Fame racehorse Seattle Slew and jockey Jean Cruguet. Seattle Slew, ridden by Cruguet, was the country's tenth Triple Crown winner in 1977. He was the American Champion Two-Year-Old Colt in 1976, American Horse of the Year in 1977, and leading sire in North America in 1984.

Peb's caricature artwork depicts racehorses Lava Man, Time Squared, Student Council, Arson Squad, Awesome Gem, Hello Sunday, Albertus Maximus, Sun Boat, Tiago, A.P. Xcellent, Big Booster, Porfido, and Salty Humor in hula skirts on a Pacific Island in preparation for Del Mar’s 2007 Pacific Classic Stakes.
Joe Harper, Director, President, and CEO of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, is also featured. Although Lava Man took the Pacific Classic in 2006, Student Council, ridden by Richard Migliore, was the 2007 victor.

Peb's artwork depicts racehorses Any Given Saturday, Curlin, Tiago, Lawyer Ron, Street Sense, and Hard Spun in a parody of the "E Street Band" before the 2007 Breeders’ Cup at Oceanport, New Jersey’s Monmouth Park.
Curlin, American Horse of the Year in 2007 and 2008, claimed the Breeders’ Cup Classic in 2007.

Peb's artwork depicts racehorses on a New Orleans streetcar pondering the possibility of a Horse of the Year title. Kentucky-bred Giant’s Causeway, Cartier Horse of the Year in 2000, is depicted hovering above as a blimp.
Tiznow was named American Horse of the Year in 2000, while Kona Gold was awarded the title of 2000 American Champion Sprint Horse. Point Given would claim the title of 2001 American Horse of the Year.

Peb's caricature/humorist artwork depicts jockeys Bill Shoemaker, Laffit Pincay, Jr., Corey Nakatani, Kent Desormeaux, Victor Espinoza, Steve Cauthen, Frankie Dettori, Kieren Fallon, Olivier Peslier, and Johnny Murtagh as riders in the 2001 International Jockey Challenge at Santa Anita Park.
The 2001 International Jockey Challenge pitted four of America’s best riders against four of Europe’s best riders in a four-race challenge. Bill Shoemaker captained the U.S. team, and Steve Cauthen captained the European team.
